Beppu Ropeway

Take a ride of approximately 10 minutes on Kyushu's largest gondola, accommodating 101 people, and ascend to an altitude of 1,300 meters. You can enjoy scenery that has been selected by CNN, the American news network, as one of "31 Most Beautiful Landscapes in Japan." There is also the "Kyushu Shochu Hall," which offers more than 500 varieties of shochu from across Kyushu.
