The Hakkoda Ropeway connects to the summit of Tamoyachi-dake, 1,324 meters above sea level, covering 2,459 meters in about 10 minutes. Below, an ocean of trees spreads out, offering views of fresh greenery in spring, autumn leaves in fall, and snow-covered trees in winter.
